I was looking through some photos of Brian's work in Texas. You can't imagine some of the gunky, icky, gross pools he came across. After Hurricane Ike there was even "rumored" a pool guy that found a stingray in someone's pool! Can you imagine?
This was a plantation outside of League City. The owner called and said he thought there was a problem with the pool.....hmmmm I think there is a problem.... I couldn't even see the steps, let alone the bottom of the pool.
Brian got there and started to backwash. I watched out for longhorns that were hanging out around us. Eva (our dog) was not interested in the cattle, just the horses.
When the pressure didn't seem quite right he took out the filter and...uck. yep....gross. This was not only extremely dirty but very smelly.
You can see a difference happening in the color of the water....just by cleaning out the filter and some more backwashing. I was amazed by how quickly things started to change for this pool.
This is after another 45 minutes....Amazing how some shock, brushing, filter clean...OK I know it is a lot, but after only 45 minutes it is well on its way to a clear pool. I wasn't able to get back and get a photo of the sparkling clean pool... so I guess we'll just have to take Brian's word for it. :)
